    Do I Smell Different?

I got GenPro. I like it. You can tell you added it, but it doesn't change the texture or flavor much.

Yeah, I actually have a hinder of materials I received from my doctor and the dieticians on what I can and cannot have during the different stages of this. We were told no coffee for the first year and no sugar ever.

    Do I Smell Different?

Oh...thanks! I've been struggling with the amount of liquids and food. I finally found a way to get in all my protein - by making a mango, ice, protein powder and diet cranberry juice slushie. The Premier drinks my doctor recommends taste like trash after my surgery. They're way too sweet.

    Do I Smell Different?

Yeah, I'm so flabby it's ridiculous. I'm hoping when I start eating enough calories to exercise it will help some.

    surgery scheduled June 28

But my doctor gave me a medication for nausea. Ask your doctor for something to help with the nausea.

    surgery scheduled June 28

It was difficult to get down the liquid the first few days, until I started to use a timer. Every 3 minutes I had a sip of water or protein. It's difficult. I haven't had any nausea.

    June sleeve buddies?

I dropped 13 lbs my first week after surgery (6/28/17). This week I've only lost 1! My doctor says I should be losing a pound a day initially. I've been having trouble getting all my protein down. It's too sweet now. I can't stand it! I say all of that to say it's a process and I'm trying not to focus on the weight loss but making sure I'm eating and drinking on schedule. The weight loss will happen. [emoji2]
