I took this picture this past summer and during the time I felt so good about me that I stepped out the box with my fashion choices. No, my wife set up the photo shoot as a part of my Rebirth day. I'm a sudden cardiac arrest survivor and was clinically dead for over 5 minutes before I was revived. We celebrate that day of the cardiac arrest every year. The before picture was taken 2 weeks before my cardiac arrest.

This is the uniform edition of OOTD before and after style. I've been retired for 4.5 years from the police department and I recently did a photo shoot in uniform at my present weight. What made me felt really good was going through the uniform room looking for smaller uniform clothing to fit me. ?

Thank you! I've always had some sense of fashion but being overweight for most of my adult gave a lack of confidence when it came to wearing stylish clothing. As you can see, I got back my confidence. ?

Thank you! I took the picture on the left in downtown Philly which is my hometown about 3.5 years ago. I feel great knowing when I shop for clothes, I don't have to ask "Do you have that in a 3X or in a 46" waist. My transformation has allowed me to more bold in choosing the style of clothing to wear. I used to wear loose clothing but now I much more confident in wearing clothes that fit close to the body. I still got work to do on my belly area, lol! I've been bit by the fashion bug and I'm always picking an article of clothing to add to my closet. Fly Eagles Fly!!!
