I had good news today!
I had gained 9 lbs when I came home
From the Fluid they pump in you.
I lost 11 lbs on scale today.
I can start puree today and I am
Also cleared to go to gym to do treadmill
Walking and elliptical!
I am so happy and glad I had the sleeve
Done. This is the best I felt in a long time.

I had a BM after I was given jello
And popsicle and broth.< br>But drinking strictly liquid does not do anything.

Tomatoes are acidic and may be hard on the healing stomach. Plus if it has the peeling on and had seeds in it, those are hard to digest as well.

Heyyy Nandi...Me too!...in Michigan though! I'm hyped about the surgery and ready to start the recovery already . Life moves on regardless as to what I'm doing tomorrow🙂So, I'm ready to get healed, drop this weight, go on a shopping spree, and find a Caribbean beach to sit on while on vacayGood luck to you! I was told to stop my hctz
And I didn't take any vitamins
Pre op.
I started taking Vitamins post op.
Still can't take hctz because it may help make me dehydrated.

You can't have nail polish but
I haven't heard about hair extensions. I guess as long as
No clips are in them.

3/10/17. It was the best choice
I made. Yes it is a change in my life but worth it. My health is my priority.
I was going to cancel the day before but when I joined this support group it really helped me. So many positive responses.
I thank God for the wonderful people who responded. I was really Scared but
I am glad I stepped out on faith.
My husband has also supported me which really meant a lot.
So keep doing everything you suppose to do and you will be Fine!

Supporting me BUT! That did not happened. I received negative results. I wished I had just kept my mouth shut.
My friends were positive about it.

I had surgery yesterday. Feel good besides mild gas pain. I have gas X
And pain med given. I was up walking about 3 hrs after surgery and still walking it helps get rid of gas pain.
Not bad at all!

I believe the liquid diet is to help keep you hydrated before surgery and no starch 3 weeks before surgery to shrink your liver.
