Congratulations!!! ?

Congratulations. I'm at 1 week follow up which was March 16th surgeries on the six Sara Lee 10 days out I had lost 20 pounds in 10 days. They want to start me on pureed food in my stomach wouldn't take it. And also my stomach is still swollen so why would my nutritionist tell me to do such a thing anyway. I got sick that night when I tried that crap. My goal is to lose weight. And I'm just going to do what my body tells me if I can not taking a chance I'm going to stay on the full liquid diet until I am 4 weeks out.

I started on puree but only ate yogurt with protein powder and chocolate pudding with protein powder. I am going to try tuna with fat free mayonnaise tomorrow. So far everything going down fine!
