im on slim fast getting operated on 7/31 but i had a choice between high protein or low carb. optima wasnt an option

ok group i need answers i binged on a cheesesteak and 2/4 lbs of fudge 5 days before surgery im on a all slim fast diet with clear the day before can i do all liquids from here on out and be ok im also taking saline laxatives i need advice please ty mike

omg i came here to find solutions to my dilema and im not alone i binged last night on a porkroll sandwhich a soda and some cookies i have 5 days till surgery is there a way i can recover im thinking a liver flush has anyone tried that i need answers asap ty mike

hi tp thanks for replying yes he is a bit pompous but i choose to look at it as confidence im gonna try to walk home from the hospital when discharged its less than a half mile from exit to front door did you have to do the 2 week pre op liquid diet this isnt as hard as i thought but i did binge the one time good luck keep losing

hi having surgery on 7/31 just made it. im in my 5th day of slimfast i binged yesterday i have to tighten up has anyone else succombed to a binge i mean i ate a porkroll and cheese sandwhich a cheese steak p-nut butter and jelly with a couple cookies and big glass of milk in the course of about 40 mins

im having surgery on 7/31 my doc of course would like me to quit but didnt pressure me i am on a liquid diet. when i met with anesthesia they told me i could where a patch if i wanted to as i plan to quit after surgery hope this helps

alll the tests are done. now the waiting game for approval and my doctor has been away for 2 weeks while his office is being remodeled what luck lol. anyhow im looking for july and i hope it goes well

hello i too take anti depressants and that is a concern of mine that i intend to talk to doctor about. i take lexapro xanax and welbrutin. ive not had my surgery date all i have left is the pulmonologist tommorow then back to the shrink the day after that he wanted me to lose weight and stop smoking at the same time. well i lost 10 lbs and no one died so i guess i should be alright but that was a anxiety moment that lasted about 2 weeks lol. Have you tried wellbrutrin my shrink prescribed that for me it curbs apetite reduces urge to smoke and give you sexuall energy good luck let me how that goes

id like to introduce myself to the group im mike and i just started the process of getting approved i have aetna hmo and im curious as to how hard they are to get approval from im 6 2 332 lbs with advanced djd in my knee and i suffer from major depression i was also told that i would have to do the liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery and im in philadelphia pa if that matters to the health care providers any help would be greatly appreciated ty and im waiting to wither away
