hi im new here and just getting started

id like to introduce myself to the group im mike and i just started the process of getting approved i have aetna hmo and im curious as to how hard they are to get approval from im 6 2 332 lbs with advanced djd in my knee and i suffer from major depression i was also told that i would have to do the liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery and im in philadelphia pa if that matters to the health care providers any help would be greatly appreciated ty and im waiting to wither away
