Just saw Inspire has a bottle with 3 compartments: one for Water, one for Protein Powder, and a sectioned one for supplements, i.e., Vitamins, meds. Cost is $14.99. I'm pre op, but wondering if this would be a good choice to buy; or are there others I should consider.

I adore all the " can do" things that come with weight loss and changing your life.
No one has mentioned the fractured friendships that we had when we ate together a lot. No one happen to say I'd love to have a drink and an appetizer and a nice meal. Not gonna happen for many.
It is a wonderful healthy life, but personally. There are few occasions I miss the wild abandon of a second drink! And a dessert. All in one night , And not often , but occasionally would be fun.
I'm a 10 year bander so I get it is a bit different for many of us[emoji486]

Ok - I have done something wrong ... twice. My eggs in the muffin tin really puff up and then deflate - but not in a good way . Maybe the whole milk vs half / half ? I also halved the recipe ... love the pic but not my actual outcome

I'm with you too. I've got an occasional sharp pain in the same place. And pain/uncomfortableness when I try to lay on my side. Had my surgery 4/21

Definitely something I'm looking forward to in the future. I was huge with my daughter at my heaviest weight ever. I'd be nice to look cute and pregnant and not a beached Beluga.

Everything everyone said. But most importantly for me. I am looking forward to being able to become pregnant. Not having everyone worry that my pregnancy will be unsafe because I'm so big and being able to show with a cute little baby bump
