  8. The thing is it is not anyone's place to judge other people. Lots of anger here. Its really none of your business unless you are asked for advice. Because speaking of honesty I do not believe half the people when they say they do not cheat or mess up and brag about how perfect they are. Lies. 60% of people mess up because we are human and we have issues with food. And every site i have read says do not become obsessive with never having a grain of sugar or you will burn out and regain. Stop pushing your agenda on other people. If they fail it is on them. If they ask for your help go ahead. This new America where everyone attacks everyone else and talks about how perfect they are makes me sick. Positive encouragement is all you can do. I have been only able to eat very small calories and havnt lost weight yet as I am two weeks out. I have to believe in the system. But people have no idea why other people get the surgery. Worry about your own self! This mean kid online mentality is cowardly and ridiculous. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. I do miss food but don't miss the mindless numbing binging i used to do. I was always bloated and tired. I was always uncomfortable and my clothes were always tight. My face. was swelled from sodium. Then I was hungry a half hour later. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. 2 weeks out and I havn't lost an ounce so I tried something I heard from other people which is triple my calorie intake. Sometimes my calories are super low. I steadily ate some not great things today just to see if I needed a boost. I realize i have to be careful about my diet. But I am getting really discouraged. Tomorrow back to careful eating. We will see how it goes. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  24. I had a horrible big hiatal hernia and severe reflux. In fact I had developed Barrets esophagus which is precancerous. My doc was still confident if I got rid of hernia i would do well on sleeve. He was worried I would lose too much weight on RNY. I was skeptical but chose sleeve and after hernia repair i have had no reflux what so ever. None. I think i got lucky, I could not have handled more reflux it had destroyed my throat, my singing voice. So far so good. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. Yes no matter how much i chew i have got stuck and its horrible because you dont really have the stomach muscles to puke so its scary.
