    Taking pills

I was told by the nurse and nutritionist that if you open the gallbladder pill and put it in cool whip- it sort of masks the taste. I luckily didn't have to take it. But many many people said it helped. A spoon full of cool whip make a little hole in it, pour the opened pill cover it up with cool whip and eat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Eating

You know what I have noticed a few days into the puréed stage.... I don't like eating. It has turned into a chore. I know that's kind of the point. Eating to live, not living to eat. Or, maybe I'm just having a day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Not much energy

I also was sleeved on 09/07 - I didn't have a lot of energy the first 10 or so days. But the last week, I have noticed it was been return. I was actually able to really clean my house today. I've been slacking because I really didn't feel like it. How much Protein are you getting every day? I agree that you may have to increase a little. Will your doctor let you take a B12?
