  2. Keep trying with liquids and Protein...body is probably in starvation mode and holding on to everything it gets...body needs to feel like it can let go...or you are in a stall...keep up the fight thunder32
  3. I felt exactly the same...I was like really I was awake "x" amount of times a hour...funny I didn't think I slept for 5 minutes all night thunder32
  4. Isopure is still my go to...Alpine punch and the blue raspberry....FYI blue raspberry and crystal light lemonade...good mix...if you don't like the isopure straight up or on the rocks thunder32

While in the process told no one outside immediate family...when pre op diet started I was very open and now 6 months out when people ask how I lost so much....I explain all the hard work that comes with the surgery... again it is all a process we need to go through. No right or wrong thunder32

  10. It does get easier...I remember getting my date and doctor putting me on pre surgery liquid ....she looked at my wife and said he will be a asshole at first but by day 4 or 5 he will be ok....day 4 my wife told me surgeon was right...lol thunder32

  12. It is the no carbs...take notice if you eat more carbs you will warm up....but since that is not what we are doing...I wear a warm hat..lol thunder32

I think ONECE in a long while would be ok to do....I think our problems prior to WLS was we 365in a while indulged and that is what got us to where we were....I have also noticed we are all worried about bites whereas in the past it would of been plate fulls...I think we are all doing great....but need to get back to our new normal....just my 2 cents ... thunder32
  16. Isopure zero carb drinks...my nut said they count towards both liquid and Protein...1 bottle 40grams protein 20oz liquid...a little pricey but worth .... thunder32

  19. You are right about what you need....as far as what type you will want chewable for the 1st 4 or 5 months....I like centrum chewable for multi...do a Google search for bariatric vitamins or bariatric chewables...lots of choices thunder32
