Vitamins

What vitamins does everyone take? I know talking to the doctor will be the best for me to find out what I need for my body obviously and I will ask when I see him on December 1st but I'm just curious what everyone else takes I'm sure some will be the same and some will be different, also has anyone taken the Chewable or soft chews multivitamins from the store here? How are they, do you recommend or no?

You are right about what you need....as far as what type you will want chewable for the 1st 4 or 5 months....I like centrum chewable for multi...do a Google search for bariatric vitamins or bariatric chewables...lots of choices

I've been taking Flintstones, my nutritionist isn't thrilled about them. Last night I ordered the patches from the forum store. We'll see what my labs look like in a few weeks.

Are you hitting your numbers in regards to nutrition using just the Tespo Bariatric Plus formula?
