  1. I'm doing so much better. Just trying to change up my cardio routine. I'm now down to 213. Was 243 on surgery day (11/9/16). I don't feel like that's a huge number but I'm happy with it. I feel great too! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App

  7. I had my sleeve Nov 9th and I'm dealing with the same thing. I ended having to have my Dr call in a prescription just so I could get some fluids down. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
  8. I have the same insurance and they do cover it. You just have to have co morbidities as well as excess BMI. Hope I explained that correctly. Then I had to do the 6 month supervised weight loss. I got approved with no issues Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
  9. I am a week post op and it's literally taking all of my energy to shower and walk around the house. I feel like I've ran around the block. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App

  13. At first I got the Centrum chewable Vitamins but then at a support group meeting someone told me about Celebrate multi 3 in 1 Vitamin mix that you can mix with Water so you can your water at the same time as your vitamins. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
  14. I had my sleeve on Nov 9th. I'm dealing with horrible acid reflux and that is making it impossible to get all of my Protein and liquids in. I'm also not sleeping well at all. ???? I really hope this gets better. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
  15. I had my sleeve on Nov 9 and I can definitely tell I had the sleeve done. I've never had acid reflux before and now I have it all the time. I get the full sensation with the Protein shakes definitely and I can only drink like 4 Oz at a time. Is that normal? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
  16. I had my sleeve on Nov 9 and I've only gone once since leaving the hospital. I started taking the Miralax yesterday. I'm having a lot of gas though. I will continue to take the Miralax until I have a BM. I am mainly on liquids and a little cream of wheat which is very watery. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
