Nov 7th sleeve

I'm not trying to be gross but since my 4th day I have been having diarrhea. All my Fluid is going out the other end and I can't fart with confidence. I'm not using laxatives at all. I'm doing everything to not get dehydrated. I have also since day 1 had a horrible time controlling the pain. All I hear from the hospital is drink more and no imodium. What do I do?

Some people go through this after surgery. Eventually your digestive tract will settle down and go back to normal. In the meantime, the hospital gave you very good advice -- lots of liquids, no immodium. Good luck!

It took 5 days for me to go and it was the same. Only I took miralax 2x. As soon as I ate yogurt and pudding it was solid. Are you eating anything but liquids yet?

I am, liquids are a huge part of everything but I have added yogurt and cream of anything Soup. I was hoping the dairy would slow it down. Not yet... I find it much easier to unplug myself rather than stop diarrhea. I have no veins left, everything was blown while I was in the hospital and I have an underlying condition that makes me an impossible stick so going into the hydration clinic is a horrible thought unless they give me a pic line. This so frustrating.

I had my sleeve on Nov 9 and I've only gone once since leaving the hospital. I started taking the Miralax yesterday. I'm having a lot of gas though. I will continue to take the Miralax until I have a BM. I am mainly on liquids and a little cream of wheat which is very watery.
