Just curious

So, I had my sleeve on the 16th. I am still on liquids. Things are going well. I'm not having any issues getting Protein or fluids in. Which has me kind of curious. When I get to the next stage how will I know I'm full because right now I'm beginning to feel a little hunger.

You don't want to go all the way to "full." Satiety is the goal: "I feel as though I can eat another spoon or two, but I don't need them. I'm satisfied." Eating slowly and pausing between bites is a sure way to recognize the moment. Not taking the extra bites is one of the factors in the lives of people who've never been obese or maybe not even overweight.

It's great that you're able to get the proteen and fluids.

Nothing special really. Just sugar free hot chocolate and I add gene pro flavorless Protein powder to it. It is a tablespoon=30 grams. I also can tolerate Isopure fruit punch diluted with the diet ocean spray cranberry juice. I have other isopure flavors I haven't tried to "mix" yet because I can't find what I did with the stupid bottles, lol.

Isopure is still my go to...Alpine punch and the blue raspberry....FYI blue raspberry and crystal light lemonade...good mix...if you don't like the isopure straight up or on the rocks

How do you know you're full? Here is my true story from last nights night, Xmas eve dinner. I was sitting at a table across from some people I did not know. I apparently ate one bite too much and had a cross between a hiccup and a burp. I hoped it wasn't loud but when I looked up, I was embarrassed to see laughter in their eyes. Well I said excuse me, put my fork down and sat quietly until I could safely leave e that table. I hope I never have that experience again
