It is essential you get your liquids and protein in for both healing and weightloss. I'd back off on the exercise until you can get more protein to support it. Check with your surgeons office for direction on not getting sick. Eating slowly and having tiny bites has worked for me.

3 weeks post op and I've had a stall for about 10 or so days now. I just increased my Protein for 3 days now and still in a stall.

How long has some of you noticed the weight starts coming back off again once you get back to recommended protein amounts? (My NUT said I was in starvation mode so been working hard to get the 70-80g everyday now)

@reeeee1978 I was sleeved a day after u, 10/18/16 and have lost 31 pound and has been stalled 3 different times since then. I believe I eat more and can tolerate almost every kind of food, but I do exercise a lot. I love to work out and that is the only thing that keep me going

@@Gucci believe it a head hunger, I'm 10 weeks out and that happen to me around the same time. Just keep drinking your protain shakes when u feel that way. Bc if u decide to eat what is out of your diet!, u will be stalled for a long. (My experience)
