  3. @@Gucci believe it a head hunger, I'm 10 weeks out and that happen to me around the same time. Just keep drinking your protain shakes when u feel that way. Bc if u decide to eat what is out of your diet!, u will be stalled for a long. (My experience) Sent from my SM-G928T using the BariatricPal App

  5. @reeeee1978 I was sleeved a day after u, 10/18/16 and have lost 31 pound and has been stalled 3 different times since then. I believe I eat more and can tolerate almost every kind of food, but I do exercise a lot. I love to work out and that is the only thing that keep me going Sent from my SM-G928T using the BariatricPal App

  12. Hey everyone. Please I need a serious help???? I'm 6 weeks post op and I only loose 18 pound like 3 weeks after surgery, since then I haven't lost anything and just last week's my scale said I gain 2 pound back. I'm so scared and nervous that this will work for me. I'm doing everything by the book, going to the gym , I walk or run 5 miles within an hour 4-5 times a week. The only thing I noticed I do different is, I can not tolerate all my 64 Oz of Water but I do get like 24 Oz in or more. Pls help me if u have an idear what I need to do different.
