    Anybody in Jersey?!

I have had a really great recovery. Never had any pain. I'm down 48 pounds so far. I use my fitness pal for tracking my food and Water. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  2. I had a colonoscopy last year. My doctor prescribed SurePrep. I believe it was 2 five ounce solutions a few hours apart from each other. It wasn't too bad. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

    How do you know

If I don't finish a meal, I will weigh what is left that I didn't eat and only count the protein I actually ate. I also use my fitness pal and it allows for half and quarter portions. It's not an exact acience, just try to get the best count you can. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

    Happy Thanksgiving soft foods

I haven't experienced this. But maybe try going back to full liquids for a day or two and then try introducing soft foods again. Maybe one soft food a day and full Liquids the for the rest of the meals Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

    Scared

I was peteified. Never had general anesthesia before. I remember moving onto the operating table and the anesthesiologist asking if I was comfortable and then he told me to put the oxygen mask over my mouth and that was it. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

I packed a change of underwear, tablet, phone, charger, lip balm, lotion, and baby wipes. I overpacked. I ended up using my phone, charger, and lip balm. I was discharged 24 hours after surgery. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
