This was very helpful, never thought of getting one. I'll have to rethink this. Thanks for this subject, and thoughts.
  3. I've had the same struggle, water not a problem, protein some days are better than others, I'm only 5 weeks out. I get up from my desk and walk around my building about every 1.5 -2 hours. I think I need to start my exercise. This next week. This stall is frustrating!!!!

    Dizziness

I don't typically have blood pressure issues, so I chalked mine up to dehydration. Mornings was the worst, so I now take a glass of water to bed, when I get up to tinkle at night I sip a little then go then sip more and back to sleep, it has helped, thanks bunches

    Question?

My surgery was Sept. 26, I had to take a stool softener to get thing moving, My Dr instructed me to get them before, so I would have them. Didn't have movement until Oct 1st. And it was painful, because I thought nothing big was going in so there should be anything to come out, WRONG. I would call your Dr office
