  1. Try taking the Vitamelts Hair Skin and Nails. They dissolve in your mouth berry flavored. I take them daily

  3. I've had the same struggle, water not a problem, protein some days are better than others, I'm only 5 weeks out. I get up from my desk and walk around my building about every 1.5 -2 hours. I think I need to start my exercise. This next week. This stall is frustrating!!!!
  4. I'm in the same place I can start the puréed foods, I have some canned chicken I was going to mix in the ninja with a little bit of broth for moisture, and cook up some squash and blend it the same was. I'm really missing my veggies. Best of luck,
  5. I don't typically have blood pressure issues, so I chalked mine up to dehydration. Mornings was the worst, so I now take a glass of water to bed, when I get up to tinkle at night I sip a little then go then sip more and back to sleep, it has helped, thanks bunches
  6. Try some warm tea, with the stool softener, it worked for me. Hope your on the "Move" soon, good luck.????

I had my surgery on 9/26, my Dr does baby steps, first wee hydration I felt really tired so I started on protien shake, at 2oz at a time and fat free milk, helped get my strength Second soft, start whip yogurt, pudding, next week will be starting to introduce mushy food, protien, and veggies blended. srcrambled eggs, .   9. My surgery was Sept. 26, I had to take a stool softener to get thing moving, My Dr instructed me to get them before, so I would have them. Didn't have movement until Oct 1st. And it was painful, because I thought nothing big was going in so there should be anything to come out, WRONG. I would call your Dr office
  10. I'm having the same issue, I've been fine until yesterday and today. I was thinking that it was not enough water, or nourishment. If anyone knows please fill us in, Best wishes

  13. @@KatB5331 the pain really isn't bad at all, my surgery was Monday 26, came home Wednesday, just sipping and walking the house. Hope you have a speedy recovery @ Ronniebob can't believe your back to work already, my Dr won't let me drive for 3 weeks, won't release me to go back to work for 4 weeks. Hope you are doing well.   14. I had surgery on Monday, 26 th I only have liquids, water, tea,broth. Not really having pain, just consintrat on hydration just not one to relax, I walk every 45 minutes, sipping water and broth for dinner. Next week start protein shakes.
  15. I was up walking the hall of the hospital at around 11:30pm. With my nurses, they let me walk then back to bed, I'm not one that can sit or lay for long periods, still walking the house, still bad weather, my back hurts more than my surgery, Overall feeling pretty good, sipping water, tea, broth for something warm. Hope you have a Speedy recovery

  19. Well the day is quickly approaching, 26th am I ready? Yes, I just want to get it done and start the rest of my new life. Still not nervous not scared, not excited. Prepo.   20. Well my prep appointment is complete, I'm ready to go. I'm still not nervous, not scared, not excited. Got bad news today. My Dr's practice will be leaving this area, 2 months after my surgery. So I will need to find a Dr in Richmond 1.5 hours away from me. Feeling frustrated over it, I didn't work this hard and long to have surgery to back out now because the hospital is removing his specialty.
  21. @sandeeb. Good luck hope everything goes well for you, I keep thinking something is wrong with me, I'm not nervous, not excited, not scared, nothing. I guess I just want it done and over with, so I can move on to the healing process
