Keep up the good work! You're doing great! I've lost roughly 61lbs and I'm seven weeks post-op. Lost 15lbs on the liquid diet, and 46lbs post-op. The only exercise I've been getting until recently is walking, I get in at least 8km daily, and starting this week I'll be doing weights three days a week (Doctor said I should be okay for lifting now)

I'm on day 4 now and my energy levels have completely dropped (I have dropped 10lbs though which is a plus!). I was going to the gym 5 days a week prior to being on the Optifast but by midday I'm so drained I don't feel like doing anything. -
