Nice job! Keep it up :)

Nice work! I wanted to just take a moment to caution you about P90X. My husband and I did the full 3 months, I broke a bone in my ankle and my husband tore a ligament in his shoulder. We are in our 40's but at the time, in very good shape. I just want to tell you to be really careful and if something doesn't feel right, don't do it.

Good Luck!

So, we had our surgery dates about the same time... I have not lost as near as much as you... what are you doing? Working out how often? Right now i am in I guess what they call a stall... and I am getting very discouraged.
