  5. @@wilson06, girl, I'm not getting the response I need from the office. I'm thinking of going with another clinic. I've emailed them on Friday and I'm not getting response back. Smh
  6. @@kikie1973, wow, ok. Just be careful whatever you do. I'm not familiar with the distal. I'll need to research more on that. And, I hate you don't have more options.
  7. I never thought that I might have GERD? I always have a pain in my upper stomach after eating , and sometimes it hurts my chest to lay down .I will look into this. My first appt with NY surgeon is the 20th......thank you Sent from my N9132 using the BariatricPal App Cool. Keep me posted
  8. @@kikie1973, I would get a few consults and make a list of questions and tell them why you want to get this done.

  10. @@hectorlopez323, congratulations on your New Year surgery date? Do you have to pay any copays or coinsurance? I'm mad because I have to since my surgery won't be until February. I'm not in California.

  14. @@BarrySue, what a wonderful story! Congratulations on your new life!
  15. For sure. We have to uplift one another. How things going for you? Take it one day at a time. I'm getting nerves. 27 days and counting. I will be checking on you. Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App It's going. I just had my 5th nutritional visit. 5 down, 1 more to go.
  16. I stayed on mine....it helped with energy when I started my clear liquid diet. If your Dr says you can, I would continue taking them until they tell you to stop, usually up til surgery.....depending on your Dr. I was sleeved 9/14/16....haven't taken any since surgery but I'm also off work so a mass amount of energy isn't top priority yet lol but once I get back up and on my feet I will finish my rx to help with the gym but after that I'll quit. Good luck to you! Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App That's good to know. I'm planning on staying on mine until the doctor tells me to stop taking them. :-)
  17. @@lisam1972, @, looking good! Congratulations!
  18. You look great and I'm glad you mentioned that you have to let go of people sometimes. Sometimes certain people are to be with you for a season, so their season was up and I'm glad you are doing so well! Keep up the good work and you are definitely inspiring me.
  19. @@NOVAMOM348, Congratulations on taking the first step. Are you going through insurance? Have you had your nutritional visits?
