That's my date too! My preop diet starts 12/5. It's only 10 days, but it's also only full liquids, no food at all.

I'm 38, but I'll be 39 on the 19th. I'm 5'3" and sitting around 268 today. I seem to stay between 265-270 for the past couple of months no matter what I do or don't do.

My surgery is 12/15 too. I'm 42 and my cw is 265. My preop is 5 days but I'm trying to do 2 weeks.

Idk about that. Lol. I have Hashimotos and my thyroid is all but shot. I'm expecting to be a slow looser. If I lose faster, I'll be pleased, but I'm ok with slow loss as long as it's loss.

So, I take it you are self pay? That stinks. I'm thankful for my insurance.
