Hector,

What procedure are you getting? I will be 4 months post op on 12/17. I remember being so scared at the end of the day it will be the best decision you will ever make. GOOD LUCK!

How was your first week?

It was painful...I didn't want to eat and barely wanted to drink I was constipated for a whole week I kept calling the surgery flr telling them the problem they kept telling all kinds of things to buy (so be careful with pain meds because that is what going to cause your constipation) if you have a recliner sleep in it that will be your best friend

I'd hate to do that. Would take me back when I was getting epidurals refrquently for bulging discs. My recliner was the only place I could sleep good. We'll that will add to my anticipated emotional roller coaster.

They're 35 bucks each. But Puritans Pride runs promotions like buy one get one free. Or buy two and get 3 free. They do it often, when they do I stock up
