    Exhausted/Tired

Hello Lisa, fatigue can be brutle at the beginning figuring out how to eat and how to get enough to drink and still have that time lapse you need in between. It gets better, keep sipping [emoji5] I am 2 years post bypass surgery...I started at 224 and I'm at 140 now... I still struggle at times with taking an hour break after I eat before I drink again. I stop beating myself up about it a long time ago though and just do my best. I feel very healthy. I wish you luck with your journey. Sent from my LG-H872 using BariatricPal mobile app

    May 24 Surgery Day

I could just re-write everything you just said. I have all those same feelings. SO 224 CW 140 The only thing I could add is that, for me, I'm very uncomfortable from the attention I get now ....I don't mean from guys hitting on me or anything like that. It's all the people I see at the store, restaurants, bars etc... complimenting me and asking what my secret is. I'm happy where I'm at and I feel amazing, but I'm not proud. Sushi

I love sashimi too. I would prefer a sushi roll but I don't go there Sent from my SM-G920T using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. I think you'll be surprised...follow instructions and remind yourself why you did this....at first, you will wonder how you can get by on so little food but you can, then your attitude toward food changes... everything seem to revolve around food in the past and that's just not the case anymore.
  5. Very helpful...thanks
  6. I can't remember the reason behind, no caffeine......was it to be forever or just at the beginning?
  7. Today is your big day.....see ya on the losers branch.
  8. I'm 9 months out and I'm so happy also. 85 lbs down, reached my goal a couple months ago...I'm amazed how easy it has been to stay away from bad food and how easy it is to stop when I'm full. Couple times I've eaten a bit too fast or a couple bites too much and feel so sick....that keeps me in check....I'm glad my new body doesn't let me get off track.
  9. You look fantastic! How tall are you. Our starting weight and goal is very similar
  10. I remember that nervous feeling right before surgery.... I got through it with prayer I'm almost 9 months out now....I have so much energy. 224 lbs before surgery 141 Lbs now 5' 5" 52 yrs old It will be over before you know it.

    Air Fryer

I've wondered about the air fryers myself Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  13. I drink decaf coffee everyday, count it as liquid and use a little sugar free, Sweet Italian creamer in it ....it tastes so so good Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  14. It'll come...don't get too hung up on it. I never was a popsicle eater but after surgery I went crazy over sugar free popsicles. Same with the Protein. It takes a little figuring out how to get it all in. Just keep plugging away at it everyday and eventually you'll get it all in (or close to it) : ) Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  15. Don't stress if you can't get it all in....it'll come ....same with the Protein...it takes time to work it all in. Just don't chose to eat the wrong foods. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
