  16. Hello KC13, I was sleeved 12/19 too. I went to see my doctor this past Monday and they told me I can do about an hour if I feel up to it. My first day was 35 minutes, but I felt like I could do more. I'm now doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 light weights. Modified yoga and cycle and elliptical Machine. I think you are good to go.   19. Hey Mimiol3, I am right with you. I am in my second week and they told me to purée now, I am so tired of this nasty process of food I don't know what to do. No matter how well it is seasoned, once you puree it, it losers EVERYTHING!!! Ugh! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. You DEFINITELY need to increase your Water intake!!! I was experiencing the same thing and my daughter who is a PA checked me and said I had mild symptoms of dehydration.   25. I had the sleeve and they originally said 4 days but sent me home the day after. I was a little disappointed because I was nervous about going home with the new tummy.   32. Hello Kenz, Congrats on your new journey I too am 3 days out from my surgery & basically pain free. I had to also have an emergency hernia repair surgery. So far I have only committed twice, small amounts of dark Fluid. I am STRUGGLING to consume all the food I am supposed to get in. Other than this, I am feeling really great!
