  13. Yes he is very understanding He does know about my surgery and is amazing with it all. 89 pounds in Four Months Friday he just wanted to make me something to eat an I said Oh what about Eggplant not even thinking. When I do go out I make sure its always Healthy!!! I do only order Water when I am out but this was just a first of us having dinner at his place. Next time game on with me bringing my own stuff over. lol
  14. So I just started to date this amazing guy but this is so hard when going out to dinner with him. I stay in my protons sizes but like the other night I ate eggplant parm.1/4 and then took a slip of a shot and then had 1/4 of coffee. This is so hard. What do I do? I am also having a hard time with drinking and eating at the same time now. Ugh I was doing so great then he came in the picture,

  16. So these last couple of days I been pointing out all the negative in my looks instead of saying I just lost 83 pounds 3 1/2 months and feel great. I feel like I can still lose more weight in my face My Nose is huge now when I smile I am aging etc.. Anyone else having or had an issue like this.
  17. Yes!!! @@1cutiejulie! I backed out of my surgery twice!! I am 3 1/2 months post op an I am down 83 pounds. Best decision of my life this far. I was nervous wheeling down to surgery and once I stated that they put me right out an woke up in my room a couple of hours later.
  18. @@lmart133 Its just because your swollen now. I remember feeling everything during that time. I was like this is weird. It goes go away after a couple of weeks.
  19. I was told by My Doctor your sleeve can't stretch.( I still feel like I can stretch my stomach) I mean the muscles relax a couple of months after surgery but your stomach can not go back to the size it was.(They removed that part) The people that gain the weight after the surgery is from eating like crap again. I have days I feel more hungry then others and on those does I make sure I am putting Protein in my mouth not junk. I had the same problem with going to the bathroom. I work a Hospital and I went to the ED at work because I didn't go for about 2 weeks and it got to the point my rectum had a pulse because I was trying to force myself to go. (It does get better promise!) I go about every 2 days now which is fine by me because I was going about 8 times a day because of the junk I was eating before the surgery.
  20. I never chew gum. I get the Listerine Strips but today I did and I swallow it by mistake this morning. I haven't had an issue yet so I guess I am good. lol
  21. I just swallow gum what's going to happen?
  22. Its so weird because it really isn't a dumping syndrome kind of thing. I asked my nut she says sometimes that happens randomly and once I release the pressure in my chest I am fine. So I don't really know. its always bile and never food and I make myself vomit.
  23. I do that too. My weight is up and down all the time. My nut says Its normal because of Fluid intake.
  24. Did you eat anything for the rest of the day?
