  1. I still feel hungry today! Maybe because I am not eating the full 1/4 of a cup. I just feel like I am going to stretch my stomach if I do.

  3. I was so scared I backed out twice but this truly was the best thing I ever did. The first couple of days are hard with the whole air pockets but you will fine by day number 5!
  4. I take my pill twice a day for the acid reflux. Just tonight I felt hungry!
  5. I had such bad gas pain in my chest from surgery! I would take Hot showers in the Hospital. To release some of the gas pain.
  6. Today I fill so hungry anyone else have days like this?
  7. That's good to know I am drinking so much now. I don't want to stretch my sleeve!!! I am still taking sips just a lot now!!!
  8. I take Miralex everyday. This has to be the worst feeling ever!!!
  9. I used nothing in my bag. I barely even used my phone. I would bring a extra underwear/bra/ socks whatever you wear to the hospital where to go home. Make sure it's lose around you belly area!!
  10. The pain was so bad I was sweating/chills/ shaking. I thought I was going to pass out in my bathroom so many times. This is my only issue since surgery!!
  11. The fact I got it 2 days after my surgery was nuts! I was so irregular. Now I been almost a month and half out an got it again! Which never happens cuz I usually skip months at a time!
  12. So today I had such bad pain in my rectum do not being able to go the the bathroom for almost a week ½! Lucky I work for a hospital and my co-workers told me its best to go get it checked out in the ER! I had been in touch with the nurse in my bariatric office and she kept saying you need to drink more and take the meds to make you go. (which I had and nothing was working). So when they bought me in to the ER I was so dehydrated. So I had to get fluids in me. It ran for a couple of hours an sure enough I finally went to the bathroom. Ugh I wish I did this a week ago!!
  13. Well I literally ate super fast with a piece of Swiss cheese!!
  14. I am having such a hard time chewing! How can I chew something 20x. If the food is already soft and mushy?
  15. I just remember my doctor bringing it up in a seminar.
  16. No, I mean after the surgery?
  17. I was just wondering if anyone had an eating disorder after surgery? I know My Doctor told us during a Seminar that it can happen.
  18. Everything I eat is almost to the part of still being in that puree stage.

  20. I used to go to the bathroom multiple times a day before surgery. After surgery I am lucky if I go every three days. Of course I take meds to help that process!
  21. I hit my stall at 3 weeks. Weight yourself first thing in the am with nothing on and do it in the same spot also. Congratulations on the 26.2!!!
  22. 1 Month and a couple of days. I just started soft foods Monday!
  23. Breakfast 1 Egg White w/ 2% American cheese 4/5 Bites Snack 1 Slice of American Cheese / Protein lunch 1/4 chicken salad w/ Fat Free Red Raspberry Vinegar I only ate 4/5 Bites Snack 1/4 Cup Ricotta 3 Bites dinner Protein Shake
