I feel pretty good about the actual surgery but I'm worried about afterwards. I've read that a lot of people get really depressed afterwards. And, as weird as this might sound, I've never been anything but obese so I don't know how I'm going to handle that.

I had stalled for a month then i changed my exercise routine added more cardio and made sure i was getting enough Protein and calories its a hard balance.then i went to losing another 60 for a total of 102 down now im at my next step maintaining my wait stick to your guns you will start losing again good luck

When i get that feeling i put a heating pad on my chest it helped me and drank everything at room temp helped

I still only drink room temp Water now. I got so trained during recovery that's all I want now.

I used a heating pad for about 2 weeks helps with food flow drinks i had to drink at room temperature or it would hurt
