Not all of us are bad i found dome good people that help me out alot and i try to do the same im 20 months post op and i love this app hope it gets better for you juan phone

I had stalled for a month then i changed my exercise routine added more cardio and made sure i was getting enough protein and calories its a hard balance.then i went to losing another 60 for a total of 102 down now im at my next step maintaining my wait stick to your guns you will start losing again good luck juan phone

Don't regret your decision I'm 15 months out down over 100 lbs went from size 40 pants to 30 im so happy juan phone

When i get that feeling i put a heating pad on my chest it helped me and drank everything at room temp helped juan phone

I lost 12 only need to lose 10 but anything you lose helps your surgery juan phone
