Nauseous after taking vitamins

I'm 3 weeks post op and become extremely nauseous when eating my vitamins. I've tried in empty stomach, during meal and after. Anyone have any suggestions on vitamins

I am almost 2 months out and I still feel nauseous while take vitamins. In fact the thought of taking vitamins makes me nauseous. I take them half hour - 1 hour after meal and this is much better (compared to taking them before food).

My doctor does not allow vitamin patches and insists I take the vitamin tablets daily. Try walking a little after you take your tablet, I found this to help as well.

What helped me was to take 1 wait 10 min then take another help me out a lot

I take the gummies, in all I do have to take 16 of them a day to get all my vitamins but I break them up and it's like a little piece of candy through the day. I get all my gummies from Walmart

I have their bariatric capsules.
Just 1 a day, made for WLS.
Goes down n dissolve quickly with cup of hot tea. I usually do ginger tea as ginger calms the stomach. Give it a try.

My VSG MD was conservative. He was all about AFL vitamins Now I was over on my last blood draw and advised to cut back.
