  3. I've made myself a plan to avoid temptation. I have a list of several activities, most including texting or calling a friend that is supportive to avoid doing something I know I shouldn't do.
  4. I'm not far enough along to take the oral vitamins. My B but is a nasal spray but I am going to check with my doc about the patches. Thanks everyone!
  5. I was told I have to be on chewables for 3 months. I'm going to call surgeon tomorrow to see if there is other options.
  6. I've been extremely nauseous after taking chewable MVI as well as the calcium and vitD3. Anyone have this issue and any advice. I've tried taking them on empty stomach, during meal and after meal.
  7. I'm 3 weeks post op and become extremely nauseous when eating my vitamins. I've tried in empty stomach, during meal and after. Anyone have any suggestions on vitamins
