Stressed to the max

I feel like I'm at the plateau stage smh the scales haven't moved in weeks I'm so upset about this it's really stressing me out I just wanna succeed in the new journey and I'm not getting the results I was looking or hoping for I think I'm about to start at the beginning like from when I first stepped out of surgery start on liquids and work my way back up I hope things change soon this is becoming very depressing [emoji20]

Plateau's happen to all of us, and we all get depressed along this journey. Many say screw it an go back to eating like crap. You said screw it and decided to go back to basics to continue your journey in a positive manner. I think that speaks volumes as to your character and determination, and with decisions like that I can't help but think you will be successful.

I had stalled for a month then i changed my exercise routine added more cardio and made sure i was getting enough protein and calories its a hard balance.then i went to losing another 60 for a total of 102 down now im at my next step maintaining my wait stick to your guns you will start losing again good luck
