  1. You look great. I think you also lost 10 yrs in your look. Fantastic job
  2. The strawberry is my favorite. It's the only Greek yogurt I like.
  3. My Dr told me the only reason they tell you that is because they want you to try to get your full 4 oz of proteins in, also some people get very uncomfortable if they drink and eat. I've never had an issue. This rule I do not follow.
  4. I love pickles too. I ate my first ones today. I'm 2 1/2 months out and I did just fine w them.

  12. You need to remember that without the liquid diet there may not be a surgery. That is what pushed me to get me through it. Yogurt sugar free jello broth protein shakes will get you through. You can do it. Stop thinking about it.
  13. Let me start by saying kudos to you for getting back in the game of dating. The married guy, well he's an ass. The lame dresser, he might just be the one. He just might need some help in the clothing dept. He might be a shabby sheik prince charming, don't give up on him. And as for getting serious about someone, date around see what's out there, you are still young. Like e life to the fullest.
  14. I am having the puffy fingers issue ask I type. I too am very sensitive with salt. I must've had more than normal yesterday or maybe my arthritis is in a flare up. The best thing to do is keep hydrated. It flushes out the sodium.
  15. I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with your decision. I agree with everyone who has already posted. This feeling will pass. You will learn to love the new you in more ways than one. It is hard....life isn't easy. Keep to your doctor's orders and you will do great. Come here to chat with those who have gone through the exact same things. These forums are a fantastic tool and support system. You can vent almost anything here without judgements. Good luck and chin up buttercup.
  16. Absolutely not. Mine wasted a whole day doing nothing.
  17. Glad to hear that you are doing well.
  18. So glad to hear you are doing well. It is a process but that process does get much easier as time goes by. And boy does is go by quickly...trust me I'm honing in on 3 months in about 2 weeks and I'm like wow where did time go already. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
  19. Thank you everyone.
