Hello, I'm about 71/2 weeks out and I've had a pretty smooth ride. I was sitting for the most part of the day I walked around a little when we took a break(I was getting my hair done). I had on sweats and a tank top the sweats were on my stomach while I sat down not tight to me at all . Well when I got home and took the sweats off I had the worse pain in my stomach feels like intense cramps no other symptoms as of yet please help is this gas? I did have Water and Powerade Zero.

only time you get denied is if you don't follow thru with their specific requirements. Like the pre op meal plan or if you gain over 10 pounds pre op they are going to think you unable to make the lifestyle changes needed to be successful.

Also the orientation is very informative ,, long you might get Liz she's ummm interesting .. If you have any questions ask there ... Keep your binder they give you it helps and has tons of info. You also find out who your surgeon is .. That day. My process went fast .. Everyone's process is different. It's really the psych evaluation that pro longs it if you can get a appointment before he gets booked you will be cool. Options? What is that? Didn't hear about that

when my doc sent the referral in 2 days later they called with an appointment for a week later June 11 was orientation I completed all my appointments before July .. Only appointment that stalled was my psych examine because he is part time so I had to was a month to see him. You are required to meet weight loss goals 5 pounds or so and stick to the diet .. Easy to me. After my psych examine I met the case manager 2 days later. She scheduled my surgery that day. August 12. I imagine it would be sooner than that had my psych evaluation would have been scheduled sooner. He was booked ..

Welcome!! Good to hear that you are complication free. Yes, that's happen to me to I was up and down, one minute I was energetic the next I was so tired. That won't change for awhile. I'm doing good, I'm 7 months out. And the biggest hurdle for me avoiding grazing. I've managed to do it on most days but some days I feel like I don't get enough Protein. I'm at a set number and trying to maintain sometimes I'm at the number then I might go under its a bounce between a few pounds. I didn't have a purée diet just the liquid.
