    At Sam's Club I found a box of Jack Links premium cuts beef steak. For 1 ounce serving: 1 g of fat 2 g of carbohydrates 1 g of sugar and 12 g of protein. There are 12 individually wrapped 1 ounce servings in this box. And they're really good. It was about $12 I think.
