  2. It happened to me after surgery, idk why but it will get better.
  3. Mine says its fine but only a serving size, just don't over do it.
  4. I've talked to my primary she is having me go to a cardiologist to get it checked out. I am dehydrated I get about 4-5 water bottles a day and I'm still dehydrated I seriously can't drink more then that lol and my Nutrionist wants me to eat 1000 calories and sometimes I'm stuffed till I go to bed so adding water on top of that ugh so hard so it might have something to do with being dehydrated.
  5. Just wondering if anyone else has a problem out of know where with palpitations, the last two days I feel them and they are driving me nuts. When I'm chillin or trying to go to sleep or driving they pop up like every minute or so. I told my doctor and blood pressure was a little high not to bad and heart rate was fine, So idk.

  9. I hate to work out also, but I do like swimming, good luck on ur workouts you can do!!!!
  10. I drink 64oz exactly it takes so long to drink, I hate crystal light stuff, I hate fake sugar, but I started putting lemon in it and I drink a lot more and I've tried the turkey jerky and that went down ok but that was a one time thing. Meat has been really hard to eat it grosses me out sometimes but I try to eat it at least once a day 2oz but I eat beans and cottage cheese and yogurt, cheese stick. My calories range from 500-700 but I was told also not to worry to much about that just protein and low fat.
  11. Oh ok I'll stay away from the nuts lol I'm just super bored with what I'm eating and I wanted to mix it up a bit. Plus I miss the crunch, but I'll suck it up. I'm going to try going to a dietitian maybe they can help me also. Thank u guys!!
  12. It took me almost two years to have this surgery, stick to it keep going it will be here before u know it!! Good luck!!
  13. I picked the bypass, My surgeon and other doctors said it would be best because I have type 2 diabetes ( havent had a problem since, I'm 4 weeks post -op) and that I have acid reflux so over all this was the best choice for me.
  14. When do I start adding nuts in ur diet, my doctor has me on very strict soft food diet (I'm 4 weeks out) and now I'm on regular diet, which his paperwork he gave me doesn't say anything but to add Fruits with no skin and soft cooked veggies. I hate asking him because he acts like "why u don't need that"& has an attitude, I don't want to deal with it. I tried peanuts today and my tummy enjoyed them wasn't a problem so I was just wondering when every started. Thank u!!
  15. It depends on ur body and depends on the weight u were before the surgery also the bigger u are the more u will loose at first, just keep doing what ur doing it will pay off.
