I know I have lost muscle mass. Can see it in my arms and legs. I have been big most my life but not fat.til the last 7 yrs i gained 200 lbs . I was up to 448 lbs I am now at 297 lbs I was at 250 lbs before I gained weight at 6' 4" and didn't have much chubby there i was a weight lifter . Now my chest fell to my drawers and now I have a chesterdrawers.lol

After successfully negotiating Phase1, and implementing phase 2.... My surgeon said I could start working in pureed meats/veggies in prep for phase 3 this friday.... Woohoo
Who knew that a jar of baby food (phase 2) HAM and sweet potatoes would take 30 minutes to eat, and taste like a FEAST!!

I had robotic surgery and everything went great. The surgeon controls everything so it's not just like they send a robot in. I also was outpatient. In and out in 8 hours.
