Tomorrows the day!

By this time tomorrow, 9/28/15, I will be out of surgery and sleeved. I'm trying really hard to not be nervous. The surgery itself does not concern me too much but the recovery is the part I'm not a fan of. My family is very supportive and my cabinet is stocked with what I'll need so I'm sure all will be fine. I'm just ready to be on the other side and be on the losers bench!

Thanks to all!!

Good luck to you too MarchLikeAnAnt!!

Best of luck to you. It will be over before you know it. I am six weeks out and I can't believe it. It's the best thing I've done for my health.

Good luck to you all!!

You are going to be so happy- this is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself!

The first couple of days are going to be a bit tough (gas pains!!) But you will be feeling fantastic in a few days.

CONGRATS!!!

My day is tomorrow morning. I'm trying to remain calm.

Good luck everyone!! I am one week post op and still can't believe it! I was a nervous wreck about my surgery and wasn't even 100% certain that I wasn't gonna chicken out at the last minute due to anxiety!! But honestly I wish I could have calmed myself because it really just wasn't that bad. My worst memory is having to drink that disgusting contrast fluid. I will be thinking of everyone and hoping u all have smooth transitions:)

Good luck! Mine is Thursday. A new chapter begins for all of us!

Well I am officially one day post op now. I was pretty much a wreck yesterday morning on the way to check in at the hospital but I just pushed through and it hasn't been bad at all. I've been a bit sick at my stomach but not bad. The worst pain is getting in and out of the bed. So I am hopeful for the future now. I'd love to hear from any of you that just got sleeved as well to see how your doing as well.

I am SO happy you had a great experience!! Welcome to your new life!!!
