  9. I'm in Sheffield. No shakes at all just 3 pints of milk, 2 low fat yogurts and 2 litres of water
  10. My surgery is on the 28th (UK) I'm on 3 pints of milk and 2 yogurts only, I would give anything to have even just a teaspoon of cottage cheese! Lol
  11. When you've got constipation you have to clear it all out before trying to prevent it. Enema or colonic irrigation seem to work best. Once it's all been cleared out you can work on preventing it from happening again by adding more fibre, having a small amount of prune juice everyday etc. (Obviously consult your doctor before doing such things) Best of luck!
  12. It might be a good idea to check out if there are any weight loss surgery support groups in your area, stop you feeling so alone. My hospital runs a good group that meets once a month, I'm haven't had a chance to attend yet but will certainly be doing so once I have the surgery.
  13. Hi, I'm getting sleeved on the 28th of this month. I startthe liver shrinkage diet tommorow-not looking forward to it at all! lol Don't worry about what other people say, once the weight starts dropping off they'll soon change their tune!

  17. heyyy, so I'm on day 2 now and I'm succeeding now. I resisted all unhealthy foods. I'm just stressed is all. I'm shifting my stress to something else other than eating and it's working. I really appreciate u checking up on me. I feel better That great to hear, well done!
  18. Have you tried cutting your meals down to 1/4 cup portions? It might help your sleeve shrink. Wish you all the best.
  19. Have you tried using an antiinflammatory gel? Volterol gel is great, not sure what it's called in the USA, (voltaren ?)
