  2. I'm post op and I haven't quit ....
  3. You should have asked the nutritionist that. Also a fruit smoothie with no sugar is a bit of an oxymoron. If you're having fruit, you're getting sugar. Where would the 40 grams of protein come from? Hahaha good point . I meant added sugar.
  4. guys I'm 2 weeks post op . & im struggling with the shakes . I have a big family so there's always food prepared and I eat a tiny tiny bit of what's available even though most foods aren't in my diet . I went to the nutritionist today cause I had an appt and she set me straight so I don't need any scolding but if you are whatever . I just have a question when can I start introducing fruits into my diet for fruit smoothies and protein shakes . What's so bad about me having a fruit smoothie with no sugar and 40 grams of protein .
  5. 10 days post op and anything I put in my stomach . My stomach makes noise to confirm its existence . Atleast this is how it feels for me
  6. 10 days post op at first I was constipated and found myself taking stool softeners. Now I'm having multiple episodes of diarrhea a day & not only that my but is on fire after these episodes. I hope these episodes get better over time :(
  7. I'm 8 days post op today , tomorrow 9 and I smoked weed 6 days post op . I haven't had swelling since like day 4 & the weed had me feeling a weird chest feeling but it went away . Is this concerning
  8. I had surgery Tuesday and got high as fuck Monday night . Everything was good Only concern is when can I start again . Cause there's a big difference in pre & post Op
  9. OMG I got surgery Tuesday I was 293 biggest fear was reaching 300 today I'm 275 . ????????
  10. I will never stop eating potato chips
  11. I kind have been slacking on my pre op diet . Like I commit throughout the day and at the end I'm just starving and bitter about the world and cave in to a somewhat healthy alternative outside of the list of foods you can eat with the 2 week diet . Also I been smoking weed everyday still I told the psychologist on my team and he told me as long as I dont smoke at least 6 weeks post op my operation he told me it was no big deal , just watch out for munchies . Which I honestly don't really get . And my operation is oct 6 . Anyways I'm reading the forums and I see people are more anti weed and received other news from their doctors . Anyways ... Should I be concerned about complications with my surgery.
  12. I'm on a 2 week pre op diet but they didn't say liquids only for me. I have an appointment oct 1st and my OP is oct 6 so maybe they may have me on a 5 day liquid diet .
  13. I'm getting this done in one week. I told like 3-5 friends and most of all my family knows . But there's still a lot of friends I have that I don't know how to build the urge to discuss them my medical & personal stuff. I'm nervous to see how it's going to work out . Glad to see I'm not the only one that's going thru this I just turned 21 how old are you guys ?
  14. Mines the 6th I'm trying not to struggle with this pre op diet
