  5. Well, the 23rd is the day and im on liquids only. I am haveing the hardest time. I hate liquieds. Anybody know of a good protien drink that my reduce hunger. Let me know.
  6. Hay jack, I have my surgary with Ortiz on the 23rd. I will see you there, Maybe. I live in San Diego so the less im T.J the better. How much weight do you need to loose?

  10. Thanks Delarla, I live about 20 min from T.J. I just got off the phone with the nutritionist, she has seen slippage from people having the flu and Throwing up. ( is that the same as PB or BP ? ) When I get the stomach flu watch out, I will have to call and see if something can be done or added prior to surgary, One port free fix or one free slip fix. I dont know. If I can switch to a PPO I will be just fine here in San Diego. Thanks Matt P.S I checked out your slumber party site ( ouchhhhhhhhh )
  11. Your kidding right! Iam scheduled for mexico this month. Did you get yours in mexico? Or is it a Doctor mistake ? What is your opinion. I cant afford to have a 2nd sugary if I go through this one.

    Hi SPF, Where did you originally get your band? Does the doctor think the complications are from the band or from a combination of situations. Please let us know.

  19. Is Dr. Owens at alvarado hospital ? If so, I have head of him only. you must have insurance in order to use him? Hay Queen bee. I might be get banded this month with Ortiz. Any situations you could inform me about? Talk me out of it. or talk me into it.

  21. I would love to know who your sergeon is and where he is. If an emergency does happen. I would feel much better to know I will get help here instead of having to run down to T.J Mexico. I am scheduled for surgery at the end of this month is mexico. But, I have been told repeatedly that no California emergency will touch a lap band patient who has had the surgery in Mexico.
