    Empty hungry feeling

Like 22 days past your surgery? I am 24 days out and this week I was allowed to start on puréed foods. I have a little oatmeal in the morning and usually tuna or egg salad. I'm easily staying within my calorie range and I feel satisfied and full. Tonight I put some chicken breast in the food processor and puréed it. I mashed up a lil carrots. I only ate maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons and I'm still full and that was hours ago. Hope this helps Ps I can have Beans mashed up too. So the retried beans you had should be ok. Just get the fat free so they aren't full of lard ????
  5. I am also on puréeds this week. Fair warning to you. I thought eggs would be great but I tried one over easy 2 days ago and it got stuck. I tried a scrambled egg this morning and it got stuck ... In fact it's still stuck and I'm miserable ????????????

    Mexico

I had mine done in Tijuana about 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend using the Obesity Goodbye clinic. I haven't had any complications though. I met several people while I was there and of all I received the least care and paid more. I never saw a hospital but had everything done in a clinic.
