  2. Right now,my biggest pet peeve is people telling me I am wasting away to nothing. I hear this where I work mostly and it drives me crazy! Another pet peeve is hearing the bad foods 'sleevers' eat that we all know they should avoid them at all cost. Hearing someone say they ate ice cream or chips just makes me want to scream!!

  10. I have had nothing but smooth sailing since my surgery last June. Pain was almost nonexistent and I have never felt hungry in the least. Even now at 54 weeks out, I rarely get hungry! I have gone from 256 pounds to 148 and couldn't be happier. All the medical issues I had before surgery are GONE!! Cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar levels, joint pain, and sleep apnea are a thing of the past. Keeping a positive attitude, surrounding yourself with positive people and being educated on your new way of life will be your key to success. You've got this! [emoji4]
  11. Stevia is a safe and delicious alternative sweetener. Splenda and the other artificial sweeteners are not good for us. Please research all products that contain artificial sweeteners before buying. I use a chocolate flavored liquid stevia in my coffee. It's made by NOW foods and is amazing. I buy it from Amazon and get 6 bottles at a time. With a little half and half in my coffee, it rivals anything I could get in Starbucks!!
