I'm Nervous for soft foods. Being vegetarian I don't have the option for soft meats and such that are dense protien. Beans it is I guess...my poor husband haha

I have only told 3 people, my husband, best friend, and a close friend. I told my mom today that I was having surgery, she immediately thought I was having a hysterectomy. She went on for about 45 minutes straight, no joke. About how I should not have the surgery and it will ruin me so on and so forth. I finally told her that I was not having a hysterectomy and she said why did you let me go on that long. Lmbo... when it comes to surgeries she is a Debbie downer. I have been in health care for over 15 years so I'm really comfortable with the medical field and the research I conduct.

Surgery was a bit miserable the first day and night! I also had more pain than expected but after the first night it was sooooo much better and tolerable! I'm post op day 3 and have been shopping all day!!! You get better fast I feel great! I'm not hungry at all and I find my broth Jello and Popsicles easy to get down and i stay satisfied and hydrated! Walked over a mile today! No dehydration or headaches! I'm so happy

I'm with you too! Surgery June 26. My heart has been racing and I'm addicted to reading everything I can. I can't stay off this page. Lol. I'm driving my husband nuts! Good thing is I only have to be on a liquid diet the day before which is fine cause I probably won't be able to eat anything by then. Sooo nervous!

I quit smoking October 2004 it was the best thing I could have done for my daughters and me. The craving will go away but it takes a looonnnggg time. One doctor told me 7years and that's about right. I am now to the point I can't stand cigarette smoke. I used wellbutrin for the first two yrs to help.
