  2. Did you explain this to the team before you had your sleeve? How about liquid vitimins mixed in food, that might work for you. You can get liquid vitimins online. Hope you manage to sort this out as you need to take vitimins every day! Kate

  16. @Daveo @@xxjosettexx Its CocoPro. It does say shake the drink but I just gently turned it over a few times to keep the bubbles out and it was fine. I ordered mine online and they come in singles and boxes of eight. Hugs Kate
  17. ........ Found some with added protein whohooooooooo. Bonus is, it tastes lovely, the downer is its a little higher in carbs than I wanted (8g for 330ml) but at least I can get some Protein in earlier on (low in calories and fat though). Protein is 20g/330ml. One kitchen cupboard cleared and cleaned today and all my goodies are in there for the first 3 weeks (and the 2 week pre op diet). I start the liquid diet on 9th July then in on 23rd I have the op. Liquid Vitamins arrive tomorrow and thats me sorted apart from making some broth to freeze in preparation for the first two weeks. I stared at my cupboard smiling- hubby thought I had gone mad lol. Good luck to all who will be changing their lives forever in July and gentle hugs Kate

  20. Congratulations and not too slow at all. It's a fantastic amount of weight to lose in 6 months and I bet you feel great. It's really encouraging that your husband is a buddy for you and 50 llbs is a huge amount as well. Keep Smiling! Kate

  23. What @@Babbs said. Go by what your surgeon says as everyone seems to be different here. Some are on a two week pre op diet and some only one. Best of Luck and let us know how you are doing along the way. When is your surgery? Kate
  24. Another bonus to look forward to !! @@qnz234 I had my nipples pierced a few years ago and took them out after 9 months of problems. NEVER EVER AGAIN ..... Did I mention never again lol. I think I would rather give birth again and my last son was 13llbs ! Hugs Kate
