Inaccurate scale !

So I am not surprised my scale reads different at home then it does at the Dr.s office.... But a whole four lb difference... Totally bummed I thought I weighed less then I actually do!

in need of a accurate not to expensive scale..... Any suggestions?

    Just track the weight loss not the numbers on the scale and just stick to one scale reading :D
