Consipation
I've had the same problem ever since I went to a low carb high protein diet. I'm still pre-op so I'm taking Metamucil. I'll have to adjust my strategy for post-op. I take probiotics daily but the problem persists.

Tomato Soup ?
Unjury sells a sample pack that includes two servings of several flavors including chicken. The kit also includes a shaker bottle and a thermometer. (You don't want to get your liquid too hot or the protein will congeal like an egg)

Tomato Soup ?
I wouldn't be on mine. I'm on day 10. Unjury has a chicken soup flavored protein mix. I haven't tried it yet but others seem to like it.

How accurate is your calorie counting?
Yeah there's a lot of wishy washy entries in Myfitnesspal. That being said, food is naturally going to vary quite a bit just like the calories you burn in a day. I think it's a good habit to log food and physical activity. If you stall or start to go up you can take a look at your data and formulate a course correction. I don't obsess over it. I just try to remember to get it all documented.
