  1. I have bought Campbell's bean with bacon soup and cream of potato soup. I blend it in the blender and then heat it up in a coffee cup to drink. It is much more satisfying than the other types of boxed creamed soups. I also have a protein shake in the morning. I put a 90 calorie yoplait yogurt, and 1 cup of non fat milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and some frozen fruit. My nutritionist said that was o.k. to have. In the evenings I have 1 protein drink from a container (premier) and some more soup. I'm hungry all the time, I'm hoping it will start to get better soon.

  3. I'm having the sleeve on June 30. I'm only 3 days into the liquid diet and it's awful! I feel so low on energy. My stomach is constantly hungry. I have the worst headaches. I hope it gets better.
  4. Today is my first full day on the liquid diet. I am starving! I even have a headache. Does it eventually go away? The thought of feeling like this for 13 more days is awful!

  7. Does anyone know if we can drink carbonated beverages during the 14 day liquid diet?

  9. Thanks for all the wonderful advice! I guess I'm most worried about having a lot of lose skin left on my body. I am 49 years old. I've heard the older you are the harder it is for your skin to bounce back.
  10. I'm going through the pre classes right now and am thinking about getting the sleeve. I have 180+ pounds to lose. Is that possible with the sleeve? Just wanted to hear any success stories. Thanks!
  11. Thanks for the info. That's what my doctor mentioned too. I was worried because I hear that people lose their hair with this surgery. Apparently when you lose weight if you are taking too high of a dosage of senthroid it causes hair loss too. That's why I wondered if anyone had actually had that problem, My doctor said usually for every 50 pounds you lose your dosage should be adjusted.
  12. Hi there, I am about to get the sleeve soon. I have a thyroid problem and take levothyroxine daily to control my thyroid. I'm just wondering if anyone else was in my situation and how it may have affected them. I was told by my doctor as I start losing weight, I will have to adjust my mediction. I'm just nervous about it all.
