What do you do when you just cant drink anymore protein shakes ? They make me so sick now i cant stomach them at all

Im 5 weeks post op and stalled for a week and a half so does anyone know how to break this stall ? Do i need to make changes or just keep with the program and wait it out? Its so nerve wracking

2 meetings today a club i belong to and my church for a VBS meeting and they both had ice cream socials lol thats my luck and ice cream is my huge weakness !! Im 3 weeks post so even if i tried to cheat i wouldnt get much in but i was good, it was killer to watch everyone around me eating it though twice. I kinda went and sat by myself so it wasnt so in my face.

I was ok with protein shakes pre surgery and post surgery hate them all the only thing i can take is the premade premier protein chocolate and the powders i bought,, forget it theu fill my tiny stomach with foam and air

Im 13 days post op and i tried starting my vitamins today and calcium and i got so sick, is there any secret to keeping them down ? I took them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach should i take with food ? Or at a different time of day ? These are from the surgeons office and they said we have to take vitamins and from today i can see this is going to be a challenge. These are the melt in your mouth kind. I dont know how this is going to work out :'(

Im trying to research them and everything says they arent nuts they are legumes so i dont know if that changes anything

Are boiled peanuts ok to eat post surgery ? I was thinking they may be a good source of protein but can anyone confirm that ?

I buy the greek yogurt oikos triple zero its the only thing that doesnt go down painfully

How long are you supposed to wait on drinking before and after eating purees or protein shakes ?
